At Chef Furniture you can buy with confidence and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We recommend that you read our warranty policy before making a purchase so that you are aware of our refund, return and repair policies and your rights.
All goods sold in the Netherlands are always delivered by Chef Furniture or a partner. You are entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods are not of acceptable quality and the defect is not a serious defect.
Please note that Chef Furniture's quality guarantee only extends to the original purchaser (warranty is not transferable) and only for products used for reasonable domestic purposes. Products used for commercial purposes are not covered by the warranty.
All warranty periods begin from the date of purchase
If you are offered a replacement product as part of your warranty claim, the original warranty period will continue. There may always be circumstances in which you are not entitled to compensation.
If goods must be returned, the goods must be returned within a reasonable time and in acceptable condition. This term may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you have purchased and the price you have paid.
You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which may vary due to reasons beyond our or the repairer's reasonable control, such as parts availability and incorrect fault description.
You may be required to pay labour, appraisal and/or freight charges, such as where goods have been assessed as damaged through neglect, misuse or accident, or where your rights under Dutch Consumer Law or a manufacturer's warranty do not apply. We can inform you of an indicative fee, this fee may vary for reasons beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to measure the items you have purchased. If these items do not fit in elevators, doorways or corridors and or do not fit in your space and we have to come again, you will have to pay the delivery costs for the next time.
Our customers have a six month warranty on Suar Tree Trunk Tables . This Guarantee applies to a top if it is really no longer usable, this is determined by Chef Furniture.
